Job Description & Skill Requirement
8+ years experience in engineering Instrument Panel / Console Systems through all development phases
Experience with Catia software system and pulling in and cutting sections in data
Understanding of Instrument Panel / Console system requirements
Experience in DV/PV testing phase for instrument panel / console
Fast resolution of open issues for instrument panel / console
Knowledge of the VW systems
Strong understanding of the quality process from DFMEA, PFMEA and Control plans
Proficient ability to read, speak, and understand English
Take direction from Engineering teams to modify components for engineering/design/safety requirements
