Vanguard-IP is seeking a litigation associate in Portland, Oregon, to represent clients in district court, ITC proceedings, or arbitration cases involving patents or trade secrets. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and legal research capabilities, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, including work on IPRs and post-grant patent proceedings, with a technical background and active patent bar registration being highly valued.
