Job description
A V-10, AmLaw Top 50 firm are looking to expand their Intellectual Property Litigation team with an Associate in either their D.C. or New York office that has around 4-7 years of experience. Described as a litigation powerhouse, they sit comfortably atop their perch as a top five firm for litigation specifically in Vault's rankings. They work on complex and significant matters and provide the very highest level of legal services.

Drafting pleadings, motions and briefs

What they're looking for:
4-7 years of IP litigation experience
To be barred in the state you'd be working in and for the bar to be in good standing
Strong academic background
Preference for those who have completed a clerkship but not essential
Given the technical elements of this position, they are keen on candidates to have a scientific background, ideally in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or other similar fields.
