Job description
Vanguard Intellectual Partners (Vanguard-IP) specializes in placing IP and patent professionals nationwide, with a focus on life sciences technologies and related disciplines.
We are seeking a candidate with a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a JD, admitted to the local Bar, who can analyze complex science, draft clear opinions, and communicate strategies for patent litigation and prosecution. Prior litigation a plus; strong writing skills required.
