Job description
Deloitte’s Capital Markets Transactions group within Assurance—Technical Accounting & Reporting seeks a Senior Manager to oversee IPO/SPAC readiness and execution, and other technical accounting projects. You will manage multiple workstreams, provide technical guidance and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality client solutions.
You will coach staff, supervise performance, and stay ahead of market trends while leveraging Excel and PowerPoint to deliver analyses and presentations.
