Job description
Raytheon Technologies Fort Wayne location seeks an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Program Lead for Patriot Software and Training Devices. You will oversee strategy, execution, and delivery of software and training device scope, and manage cost, schedule, and quality to meet contract requirements and budgets.
The role requires strong leadership across IPTs and CPTs, collaboration with program management, engineering, and external partners, and readiness to travel domestically as needed.
