Setting: Inpatient Interventional Radiology with potential to float to other radiology nursing areas as needed

End Date: 11/06/2026
Duration: 8 weeks
Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 AM or 7:30 AM start time
Shift Duration: 10-hour days
Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed hours
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,800-$2,940
Employment Type: Travel RN contract
Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
Current California Registered Nurse license
Current CPR certification
Current ACLS certification
Current PALS certification
Experience with EPIC EMR
Previous experience with procedural sedation and patient recovery
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a procedural care environment
Ability to float to other radiology nursing areas as needed
Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care within the inpatient Interventional Radiology unit
Support patients before, during, and after procedures with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality care
Monitor patients receiving procedural sedation and assist with recovery care
Document patient care accurately in EPIC EMR
Collaborate closely with physicians and the procedural team to ensure smooth workflow
Float to other radiology nursing areas when needed
Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced healthcare environment
