Job description
PeaceHealth Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital invites an Outcomes Manager to join a brand-new inpatient rehabilitation facility opening in 2026. You will coordinate PPD data with an interdisciplinary team, ensure QI documentation is complete, and manage IRF-PAIs within CMS timelines.
You will abstract information from records, summarize on the IRF-PAI, and enter data into CMS-accepted software, maintaining logs and accuracy.
