Job description
Curana Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) setting. You will conduct daily patient rounds, provide acute and transitional care management, and collaborate with physiatrists, therapy teams, and interdisciplinary staff to support functional recovery and safe discharge planning.
The role requires travel to and from assigned facilities.
