Ironworker ForemanWe are looking for an experienced Ironworker Foreman to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience with miscellaneous metals and structural steel and is ready to lead a crew.What You'll DoLead a crew on daily metal and steel projectsMake sure work is done safely and correctlyRead and follow blueprints and plansHelp keep projects on scheduleWork with contractors, inspectors, and other tradesHelp solve problems that come up on the jobMake sure the crew has what they need to get the job doneWhat We're Looking For5+ years of hands-on experience in ironwork, miscellaneous metals, or steelExperience reading blueprintsPrevious foreman or leadership experience preferredGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environmentSomeone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the companySchedule & PayMonday–Friday8–10 hour shiftsNight workWeekend availability as needed$70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experienceBenefitsHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planLong-term life insuranceShort-term disabilityIf you're an experienced Ironworker who is ready to take the lead, we'd like to hear from you.
