Ironworker ForemanSeeking an Ironworker Foreman for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Nashville, TN.Pay: $75K - $95K (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:30pmKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily job-site activities, crew assignments, staffing, and work schedulesProvide hands-on leadership and direction to ironworkers and other field personnelMonitor project progress, productivity, quality, and adherence to established schedulesPromote and enforce safe work practices and company safety policies at all timesCoordinate with project management and site supervision on project planning, manpower needs, scheduling, and estimating supportTrain, mentor, and develop crew members to improve skills, productivity, and safety performanceEnsure work is performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standardsConduct inspections and quality checks of tools, equipment, and completed workIdentify and address job-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain productivityResolve employee and crew conflicts professionally and effectivelyCommunicate project updates, challenges, and field conditions to managementMaintain a professional and productive job-site environmentPerform other duties as assigned to support successful project completionQualificationsPrevious experience as an Ironworker Foreman, Lead Ironworker, or similar construction leadership roleHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredSeveral years of experience in ironwork, structural steel, or a related tradeAbility to read, understand, and communicate written and verbal instructionsStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsAbility to effectively coordinate crews and maintain production schedulesMust be willing to work overtime as project demands requireAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsWillingness to travel to job sites throughout Central Tennessee and KentuckyMust be able to successfully complete required drug screening and background checksWork Environment This position requires the ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, with overtime and travel between project locations as needed.
