Job description
Iron Worker – Data Center Construction
Location: Southaven, MS
We are seeking skilled Iron Workers to support the construction and buildout of a large-scale, high-performance data center campus in Southaven, MS. This is a hands-on role working with structural steel, miscellaneous metals, equipment supports, and related infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Erect and install structural steel, beams, columns, and supports
Install miscellaneous metals and equipment supports
Bolt, connect, align, and secure structural components
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and rigging equipment
Work safely at heights and around active construction operations
Follow all site safety requirements and procedures
Coordinate with other trades and construction crews
Qualifications
Previous Iron Worker / Structural Steel experience preferred
Experience on industrial, commercial, data center, or other large construction projects
Knowledge of steel erection, rigging, bolting, and structural installation
Comfortable working at heights and in an active construction environment
Strong safety awareness and work ethic
Ability to work as part of a fast-paced construction team
