As a Conserva Level Three Technician you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will be primarily responsible for Level Three repairs such as troubleshooting above ground and submersible pumps, enhancing existing systems to make them more efficient, installing smart irrigation controllers and associated flow sensing equipment and will have tons of opportunity to learn and excel on the job.Benefits and Compensation:Support and training for industry certifications, including CIT and CLIACareer advancement opportunitiesA great work environment with a team atmosphereA fully equipped vehicle with industry-leading tools and technology$22.00 – $30.00 per hour + bonus opportunitiesSalary plus bonus opportunities available for qualified individualsBenefits for qualified individualsPhone and/or field tablet providedLevel Three Technician Responsibilities:Valve and manifold repair and rebuildingTroubleshooting and installing above ground and submersible pumps for commercial and residential systemsBladder tank, pressure switch, and pump start relay adjustments/replacementInstalling high-tech smart irrigation controllers and smart boxes for pump systemsAdding on to existing systemsInstall Micro and drip irrigation installation and enhancementsInstall high-tech sensor and flow sensing installationLearning on the Job:Work independently, yet be part of a team working directly with a Sales TechnicianAssess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales processAssess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA® sales processQualifications:5-10+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency requiredClean driving recordResults-orientedMotivation to earn production bonusesGreat attitude with a desire for growthAbility to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditionsCompensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
