Job description
AbbVie is seeking an experienced leader to oversee IRT/RTSM environments, vendor governance, and SDLC adherence within its Data Science and Clinical Trials domain. This role drives performance improvements, talent development, and cross-functional initiatives across therapeutic areas.
You will manage multi-TA projects, provide strategic direction, coach staff, and ensure analytics standards (CDASH/SDTM) are implemented.
