Job description
Lopez Community Land Trust (LCLT) is seeking a mission-driven, community-oriented Executive Director to lead the organization in collaboration with two existing staff and a volunteer board. This full-time leadership role is based on Lopez Island, a ferry-served community with an involved and connected local network.
Compensation offered: $117,000 - $134,000 depending on experience. The ED will be the public face of the organization, guiding strategy, operations and external relationships.
