Job description
Tommy Bahama is seeking an Island Guide to lead in-store operations and guest experiences, partnering with the Store Manager to motivate the team and deliver world-class service while embodying the island lifestyle.
You will coach Retail Team Members, build strong sales and service relationships, analyze reports to spot opportunities, and ensure merchandising and presentation standards—3+ years retail, 2+ years supervision, Business degree, and flexible hours including nights and weekends.
