Job description
Tommy Bahama seeks an Island Guide to lead store operations and inspire a team to deliver world-class service. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and maintain a guest-focused environment that reflects the brand’s island lifestyle.
You will oversee merchandising, guest experience, and leadership activities, while working varied hours including nights and weekends as needed to meet business goals.
