Job description
Tommy Bahama is hiring for a store leadership role in Hawaii. You will partner with the Store Manager to motivate the team, deliver world class service, and create an aloha-inspired guest experience.
You will drive sales through effective planning, merchandising, and process optimization, while coaching team members for growth and excellence. The role requires customer focus, strong leadership, and ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.
