Job description
Tommy Bahama in Pasadena seeks an Island Guide to lead our Retail team and deliver world‑class service. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and create an aloha atmosphere that motivates guests and teammates alike.
You bring 3+ years retail experience, 2+ years in supervision, merchandising exposure, and a degree in Business or related field. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.
