Job description
Tommy Bahama is seeking a store leadership ambassador for our Siesta Key location. You will guide the team, inspire guest service, and help drive sales while maintaining the island lifestyle brand standards.
Ideal candidates have at least 3+ years retail experience and 2+ years supervising a team, with strong merchandising knowledge and a background in guest-focused service. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.
