Tommy Bahama in New York is seeking a store leader to inspire a team and deliver world-class service. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, elevate guest experiences, and embody the island lifestyle in every interaction.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail, 2+ years in supervision, merchandising know-how, and a business degree. You will coach staff, analyze reports, and adapt to varied hours, weekends, and holidays.
