Job description
Tommy Bahama in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced retail leader to drive store performance and guest experience. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service and results.
With 3+ years of retail experience and 2+ years of supervision, you’ll coach and develop Team Members, manage merchandising and visual concepts, and analyze reports to identify opportunities. A business degree is preferred.
