Job description
Tommy Bahama in Phoenix is seeking a store leadership ambassador with a passion for growth to drive guest experiences and sales. You will motivate and coach the Retail Team and partner with the Store Manager to maintain an island-inspired shopping atmosphere.
Requirements include 3+ years of retail experience, 2+ years in supervision, merchandising exposure, and a College Degree in Business or related field.
