Job description
The Delaware County District Library is looking to fill two (2) part-time positions in our Maker Studios (Delaware & Liberty Branches). We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Interest in Maker Studio services: A desire to work with equipment and programs like 3D printers, laser cutters, vinyl cutters, and sewing machines.
Experience with the DIY Maker Studio movement: Knowledge of the \"do-it-yourself\" creative philosophy that Maker Studios embody.
Passion to assist patrons: A strong interest in helping library users design and create products using the studio's equipment.
The 20-hour per week work schedule consists of working mornings, days, evenings, and a weekend rotation. The pay rate for these non-exempt positions is $24.41 per hour.
This posting is for internal and external candidates and will run concurrently. These positions will remain open until filled.
