Job Title: IT Audit Director – Cyber, AI & Cloud
Location: Reston, VA / Washington, DC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite
Salary: $175,000–$239,000/year + 35% long-term incentive
Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Audit Director with strong hands-on experience in IT Audit, Cybersecurity, AI, and Cloud to lead complex technology audits within a large, complex organization.
Must-Have Qualifications
8+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk, or Information Security
Strong hands-on experience with Cybersecurity, AI, or Cloud Infrastructure/AWS
Experience leading complex IT audits from planning through reporting
Experience with data analytics and Python
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, or Seaborn
Experience auditing AI solutions and AI-related risks
Knowledge of agentic AI architectures and risks
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience coaching and mentoring audit staff
Bachelor’s degree preferred; CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CEH preferred
Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex IT audits across Cyber, AI, Cloud, and Resiliency
Perform technical testing and risk assessments
Develop audit strategies and present findings to management
Use data analytics, automation, and AI to enhance audit testing
Coach and mentor IT audit team members
