Job description
GetixHealth is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary technology team and oversee a complex portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can operate across technology, data, software development, project delivery, quality assurance, and business operations.
The Manager will lead a team of approximately eight professionals whose functions may include product/project management, quality assurance, business analysis, technical analysis, data analysis, and report development . The role also oversees a broad portfolio of approximately 30 concurrent company initiatives , including major system implementations, telecommunications projects, reporting solutions, integrations, and other large-scale technology changes.

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annually

What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary technology team of approximately eight employees.
Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, accountability, and development plans.
Identify skill gaps, succession needs, and professional-development opportunities.
Balance workloads and align resources with changing business priorities.
Build strong collaboration across engineering, software development, infrastructure, security, data, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Oversee approximately 30 concurrent technology initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies.
Provide oversight for strategic technology projects with budgets of $1 million or more .
Monitor scope, status, risks, resources, budgets, dependencies, and outcomes.
Partner with executives and business leaders to prioritize initiatives based on business value, operational impact, risk, regulatory requirements, and available capacity.
