Job description
Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role is critical in ensuring that our staff has the technical support needed to efficiently deliver a wide range of social services across the community. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping to troubleshoot problems and maintain our IT systems to support services including child and family services, addiction support, and disaster response.
