Job description
<pIgnite Medical Resorts is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer/Field Administrator to support a rapidly growing, distributed healthcare organization with 32+ locations across multiple states. The role blends remote infrastructure oversight with select onsite field administration to minimize travel while maintaining strong in-house IT control.
<pYou will lead high‑impact projects, coordinate with vendors, install and support network hardware, cameras, access control, and VOIP, and mentor junior staff. Travel across states is required; some after-hours work may be needed.
