Job description
Sunbelt Modular, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Lead to build and mature IT support and service delivery. Based at Sunbelt Headquarters with limited travel, you will design standardized support processes, coordinate day-to-day IT operations, and optimize MSP collaboration to improve service quality.
You will lead IT operations initiatives, create repeatable workflows, and establish metrics to drive data-driven decisions while aligning with business growth and technology strategy.
