Job description
Join a fast-paced Technical Operations environment where you’ll help support real-time systems from a secure, onsite facility in Las Vegas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing workflows, solving technical problems, and turning operational complexity into clear, actionable improvements.
Responsibilities
Observe live operational processes and document workflows, dependencies, and system interactions
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency
Partner with teams across operations, infrastructure, engineering, and DevOps to support smoother execution
Create clear and useful process documentation, summaries, and recommendations
Communicate findings and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
Support a mission-critical environment that requires attention to detail, consistency, and responsiveness
Skills
Strong technical documentation and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support, real-time operations or command-center environments, TCP/IP networking or systems administration, or web application/infrastructure troubleshooting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site operations setting
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with cross-functional technical teams
Preferred Skills
Experience in a NOC, SOC, operations center, or similar 24x7 support environment
Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms
Experience working closely with infrastructure or DevOps teams
Five or more years of relevant technical experience
Ability to stay organized and calm while supporting mission-critical systems
