Job description
ManTech International seeks an Availability Manager to ensure mission-critical federal systems remain reliable, resilient, and mission-ready. In this role, you will own availability management across complex enterprise IT environments, defining and tracking SLAs, coordinating incident and problem resolution, and leading root-cause analysis to reduce downtime. You’ll use monitoring tools and data analytics to spot trends, drive capacity and continuity planning, and collaborate with cyber, engineering, and operations teams to enhance system reliability.
