Job description
Leidos Inc. in New Orleans is seeking a Site Manager to lead IT Service Management and Delivery across the enterprise. You will ensure incident resolution, high availability, and alignment with business goals, while coordinating with Resource Managers on-site.
The role requires a DoD Secret Clearance, ITIL and IAT II certifications, and a track record in asset management. You will mentor staff, manage scheduling, and report on performance and incidents to leadership.
