Job description
Kentro is seeking a Site Lead to support the VA ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract at Albany Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, NY. You will supervise five or more IT Customer Service Engineers, mentor staff, and coordinate daily IT operations via ServiceNow tickets while building strong relations with VA leadership.
The ideal candidate has a technical bachelor’s degree, 5 years of IT service management with supervisory experience, and excellent communication.
