ITAD Warehouse Receiving ClerkLocation: Winston-Salem, NC (On-site) Pay: $18 - $22 per hour Department: Operations Experience Level: AssociateThe RoleThe Warehouse Receiving Clerk is the first point of contact for every piece of hardware that comes through our Winston-Salem dock. You will receive shipments, verify them against paperwork, inspect and label components, and record everything accurately in our inventory system. The quality of our inventory data starts with you.This is a detail-oriented job with a lot of repetition. It suits someone who is comfortable on a computer, works carefully, and takes satisfaction in getting the same thing right every time.What You Will DoReceive and verify incoming shipments against packing lists, purchase orders, and other paperworkInspect, sort, and label computer and server componentsDocument discrepancies, damages, and serial numbers in the inventory systemDisassemble servers and IT hardware for parts harvestingMaintain organized receiving and staging areasFollow all warehouse safety and handling proceduresRequired QualificationsGED or equivalent high school credentialAbility to disassemble computer and server hardwareProficiency with Acctivate ERP, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Windows file managementAbility to lift boxes up to 50 lbsEnglish proficiency for workplace communication, safety, and documentationAuthorization to work in the United StatesMust be local to the Winston-Salem area; this position is on-sitePreferred Qualifications3+ years of warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, or similar roles1+ year of experience handling electronics or IT hardwareHow to ApplyIf you are detail-oriented, comfortable with hands-on hardware work, and looking for a stable, on-site role, we encourage you to apply today.Trio Supply Chain Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
