Job description
900 Emory Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Clinician to provide bedside care following AACN Synergy Model principles. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and document thoroughly in patient records.
Responsibilities include leading care delivery with an interdisciplinary team, delegating as appropriate, and orienting staff when needed. An on-call/PRN schedule supports flexible hours in a demanding clinical setting.
