Job description
NYU Grossman School of Medicine's Fertility Center in Manhattan is seeking a Fertility Care Associate to serve as the patient liaison for IVF treatments, coordinating with physicians, nursing, billing, and laboratory staff to ensure a seamless fertility care experience.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 1–2 years of medical office experience; a college degree is a plus. Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic, Fert, EngagedMD, NotifyMD) and strong communication skills are essential.
