RTX is seeking an IVV Lead Senior Principal Systems Engineer—Integration and Test Lead to guide verification and validation of a next‑gen optical system. You will oversee cross‑functional teams in design, integration, and testing, ensuring readiness for fielded solutions.
You will lead analyses, requirements allocation, and plans across unclassified and classified environments, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with systems architects and product owners.
