Job description
DoorDash is looking for a proven operations leader to manage a DashMart distribution center in Jacksonville. You will lead a multi-tier team, own day-to-day operations, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the site.
You’ll coach 3+ Shift Leads and 6+ Operations Associates, own labor budget, and ensure on-time fulfillment with strong customer experience, using data to guide improvements and scale a growing business.
