Now Hiring: Janitor (Full-Time) – Newly Renovated DealershipWe are pleased to announce an opportunity to join our team at Copeland Toyota.We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.Position: Janitor / Custodial Staff Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time) Location: Copeland ToyotaResponsibilities:• Daily cleaning of showroom, offices, customer areas, and exterior grounds• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting throughout the facility• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms• Trash removal and maintaining cleanliness of exterior entrances• Ensuring the dealership remains clean and safe both inside and out• Keeping the facility presentable at all times• Supporting light maintenance and general facility upkeep as neededRequirements:• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively• Reliable, punctual, and professional• Must take pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environmentBenefits:• Competitive hourly pay• Health, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) with company match (if applicable)• Paid time off and holidays• Employee discounts• Opportunities for growth within the organization• Stable, full-time scheduleIf you or someone you know would be a great fit for this role, we encourage you to apply or send your resume directly to our team.
