Facility ManagerLocation: Monroe, NCPosition: Facility Manager, full time + on callShift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (Times are subject to change)Pay: $20.00-$22.00 (Hourly) Depending on Experience.Access to Benefits, Blue Cross Blue Shield Major Medical Health InsuranceWe are a very stable and reliable company and are looking for hard working, motivated, and reliable candidates.Requirements:Candidate MUST be able to work well with cleaning crew/teamCandidate MUST be physically capable of completing the job. On feet for entire shift.Previous supervisor experience highly preferredDuties include:Managing labor needs.Manage cleaning crew. Work alongside team.Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely mannerQuality control of services performed using customized scorecardsEnsure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventoryAbility to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customersStrong ability to effectively resolve conflictTracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sitesAssist with employee recruiting/onboardingAdditional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-timeMUST have the passion for a job well donePlease apply now for immediate consideration!
