Floor Care SpecialistThe first step in a clean environment starts here!IMMEDIATE HIRE UPON COMPLETION OF A BACKGROUND CHECK AND TB TESTPay: $17.00 per hour (Plus Pay on Demand!)Benefits: Referral Bonus, Free Online Classes, Mental Health & Financial Support, English/Spanish Learning, and Career Advancement.Location: Mt. Pleasant, SC (29464 - on site) Sullivans Island, SC (29482 - on site)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (No weekends!)Requirements: Experience with floor buffers/scrubbers preferred; Ability to lift 50 lbs; Reliable transportation.Perks: Military Friendly & Career Growth opportunities!Primary Responsibilities:Surface Maintenance: Perform routine and restorative floor care including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishingCarpet Care: Execute deep-clean cycles for carpeted areas including spotting and shampooingChemical Safety: Mixing chemicals in a safe manner according to package directionsMust Have's:Experience in commercial floor care preferred, but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to pass a criminal background checkWant to see what THE BUDD GROUP can offer?
