With almost a century of facility service experience, state of the art business practices, environmentally friendly processes and supplies and an established global reputation, we are able to offer unrivaled client experience and satisfaction.We are seeking a detailed-oriented and hardworking General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.Schedule Hours:6:00pm-2:30am (Sunday- Thursday)Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Foaming and scrubbing of production equipment, floors, walls, etc. ((wet clean) according to pre-determined set of procedures)Works with pre-mixed chemical cleaning agents to clean, sanitize, and return production facility to operation.Sanitizing all surfaces post clean for production runsInterior infrastructure cleaning of production and non-production areas.Be responsible for self-check of work prior to official pre-op inspection.Participating in pre-operation inspections of the equipment after the clean.Helping maintain a Safe and Food Safe environment through teamwork and proper food sanitation training.Sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and cafeterias.Sweeping and mopping.Working closely with other team members to assure a good quality clean production surface.Assisting other team members on food production line- teamwork is a necessity for completion of all projected work.Maintaining and following GMP protocols.Lockout equipment being worked on.Wear provided PPE (personal protective equipment) when necessary/directed for the completion of work.Requirements:Must have the ability to work with other crew membersMust be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructionsMust have reliable transportationAbility to work in hot conditionsExcellent attention to detail.Ability to show judgment and to work independently.Equal Opportunity Employer:GDI, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
