Job description
The Facilities Group in Keller, TX is seeking a Janitorial Site Manager to lead daily cleaning operations at client facilities. You will plan schedules, supervise crews, and ensure work is completed on time and to contract standards.
You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, monitor quality through inspections and client feedback, and coordinate with regional leadership to optimize staffing and resources.
