Japanese / English Bilingual Production AssistantWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Japanese/English Bilingual Production Assistant to support our manufacturing operations in Canton, MS. This hands-on role involves assisting in day-to-day production activities, monitoring product quality, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with product assembly, packaging, and visual inspectionsOperate basic machinery and hand tools safely and effectivelyMonitor product quality and promptly report any defects or inconsistenciesMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspaceAdhere to all safety protocols and standard operating proceduresSupport inventory tracking and assist with material handling tasksQualifications & Skills:Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredAbility to follow verbal and written instructions accuratelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyFamiliarity with basic production equipment is a plusPhysically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads
