Job description
YUU Japanese Food Hall | Round1 USA in Escondido, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-vendor food hall featuring ramen, curry, yakitori and more. The GM will drive revenue, manage labor and costs, ensure quality, authenticity and guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team across up to 14 stalls.
The role oversees health and safety, inventory, reporting, scheduling, budgeting, and policy compliance, partnering with executive management to achieve business goals.
