Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Lead with strong experience in Spring Boot, Microservices with banking domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design microservices using Spring Boot.
Drive end-to-end technical delivery.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrations.
Optimize microservices for performance and scalability.
Ensure compliance with banking security standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and RCA.
Required Skills:
Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud.
Hibernate/JPA.
Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Preferred Qualifications:
Banking / Payments background
Experience in core banking, digital payments, fraud systems
Understanding of PCI-DSS, encryption, audit logging
