Java DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong background in Java development and a passion for creating high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive the success of our projects.Required Skills & QualificationsDemonstrable expertise in various technical areas, including programming, network administration, and software installation and configuration.8 years of experience in software development, database management, or a role with similar responsibilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with organizational capabilities.Experience with IT project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsRelevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Agile or Scrum).Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, and Docker).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with good teamwork capabilities.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain high-quality Java applications for the organization.Collaborate with teams in other departments to identify and prioritize requirements.Develop best practices for the organization and participate in code reviews with the team and other stakeholders.Conduct technical analysis to arrive at solutions and create technological artifacts in response to production issues.Company Benefits & CultureCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
