Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with AWS to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, cloud-native architecture, and AWS services. The role involves technical leadership, team mentoring, solution design, and direct interaction with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications.
Architect and develop microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring ecosystem.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
Drive application modernization initiatives and cloud migration strategies using AWS.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, architectural guidance, and mentoring to development teams.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Ensure application security, performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and daily standups.
