Qualifications
10-15 years experience in Information Technology.
Database experience is a must
Knowledge of caching (like memcache, geneva etc)
solid knowledge in OO design
has worked on scalable and large enterprise applications
Still hands-on with emphasis on design reviews, code walk-thru, architecture decisions, performance and scalability
Motivated and hard working
Strive for innovation, performance and leadership
