Position Overview
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of operations at your assigned store. This includes staff management, customer satisfaction, adherence to quality standards, and financial management.
Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
Oversee the daily operations, ensuring consistent operational excellence
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to maximize store profitability
Implement and maintain comprehensive training programs for staff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the community
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Store Manager's performance will be evaluated based on the following metrics:
Customer satisfaction scores
Sales growth and profitability targets
Employee engagement and retention rates
Efficiency in store operations and process improvements
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in a retail or food service environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for customer service and community involvement
The ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in management or related field a plus)
